My name is Trina Glover. I am a Food Safe certified home-based caterer with several years of food industry experience. I oven-roast my gluten-free and dairy-free granola in a sanitized kitchen. The granola is available in:
- 8-cup gift bags for $16
- 16-cup resealable freezer bags for $30
The granola keeps well unfrozen in a sealed jar or container at room temperature for 4-6 weeks (although it usually doesn't last that long).
It also freezes well and stays fresh for several months in a freezer zip-lock.
A typical breakfast serving is approximately 1/2 cup (with milk or yogurt). It also makes a tasty and healthy snack.
